Membership Options

 

Great Totham Cricket Club is pleased to offer several membership options to those wishing to join Great Totham Cricket Club.

As a member of Great Totham Cricket Club you are entitled to receive:

  • cover under the Great Totham Cricket Club insurance policy whilst taking part in all relevant cricketing activity

  • the right to use club facilities and equipment in accordance with club policies

  • entitlement to be considered for selection for all matches up to the relevant grade of membership

  • one vote at the AGM on all club proposals and election of officers (parents may vote in proxy of Junior members)

Some membership options may also offer additional benefits, the details of which are outlined in each section.

Anyone wishing to join Great Totham Cricket Club must pay a membership fee. This can be paid through a monthly standing order payment, or alternatively via one lump sum & a pay as you play match fee. We also offer a free social membership for friends & family, and a 200 Club.

 

Senior Membership
Who? -  Individuals over the age of 18, in full-time employment.
Cost? -  £20 monthly membership fee, first payment due in January. 12 monthly payments so the total cost is £240.
Matchday Fee? - No Matchday Fees
Extra Benefits? - Includes all outdoor training fees

Student/Unemployed/Apprentice Membership
Who? -  Student - any person over the age of 18 in full-time education
Apprentice - any person over the age of 18 learning a trade from a skilled employer and working for a fixed term at low wages
Cost? -  £10 monthly membership fee, first payment due in January. 12 monthly payments so the total cost is £120.
Matchday Fee? - No Matchday Fees
Extra Benefits? - Includes all outdoor training fees

Junior Membership - Option 1
Who? - Children under the age of 18
Cost? - £10 monthly membership fee, first payment due in January. 12 monthly payments so the total cost is £120.
Matchday Fee? - No Matchday Fees
Extra Benefits? - Includes all outdoor training fees

Junior Membership - Option 2
Who? - Children under the age of 18
Cost? - £12.50 monthly membership fee, first payment due in January. 12 monthly payments so total cost £150.
Matchday Fee? - No Matchday Fees
Extra Benefits? - Includes all outdoor training fees & includes Great Totham Cricket Club Playing Shirt

Junior Membership - Option 3
Who? - Children under the age of 18
Cost? - £15 monthly membership fee, first payment due in January. 12 monthly payments so the total cost is £180.
Matchday Fee? - No Matchday Fees
Extra Benefits? - Includes all outdoor training fees & includes Great Totham Cricket Club Playing Shirt and Trousers

Senior Membership
Who? -  Individuals over the age of 18, in full-time employment.
Cost? -  £10 annual membership fee (due before the first Saturday league game of the season)
Matchday Fee? - £15 for each match played on a pay-as-you-play basis.
Extra Benefits? - For members participating in both Saturday & Sunday fixtures of any given Gameweek, the second game will cost £5.

Student/Unemployed/Apprenctice Membership
Who? -  (Student) any person over the age of 18 in full-time education (Apprentice) any person over the age of 18 learning a trade from a skilled employer and working for a fixed term at low wages
Cost? -  £10 annual membership fee (due by 6th May 2023)
Matchday Fee?£10 for each match played on a pay-as-you-play basis.

Junior Membership
Who? - Children under the age of 18
Cost?£55 annual membership fee (due by 6th May 2023)
Matchday Fee?£5 for each senior match played on a pay-as-you-play basis & £4 for each junior match played on a pay-as-you-play basis. £5 per Outdoor Sunday morning training session. 
Extra Benefits? - A 50% discount on annual membership fees is available for families who have two or more junior members. The discount is only applicable to the annual membership fee of the second and any subsequent junior members.

Senior Membership
Who? -  Anyone
Cost?FREE
Matchday Fee? - Social Members are not permitted to undertake cricketing activities.
N.B. - Social Members are not permitted a vote at AGMs on proposals or election of officers.

Members of Great Totham Cricket Club over the age of 18 can participate in our 200 Club. The 200 Club is a monthly lottery designed to raise funds for GTCC. 50% of the income raised is paid out in prizes, with bumper prize draws in June & December.

Participants must stake a minimum of £1 per month, and this entitles them to 1 entry into each monthly draw (for as long as payment is received). There is no upper limit on stakes and each additional £1 staked entitles the
member to an additional entry. I.e. £5 monthly stake = 5 monthly entries.

The Ultimate GTCC Membership Package
Who? - Individuals over the age of 18
Cost? - £330 annual membership fee,due by the first Saturday league fixture of the season, or 12 monthly payments of £27.50.
Matchday Fee? - No Matchday Fees
Extra Benefits? - Ideal for adult members who wish to pay for all their cricket & some extras in one easy payment method. Includes all matchday fees, club playing shirt, club training shirt, and indoor training fees.

All members of Great Totham Cricket Club must agree to abide by the Great Totham Cricket Club Constitution and adhere to the Great Totham Cricket Club Code of Conduct, both of which are available on request and on our website. 

Any breach of these terms could result in membership being revoked without a refund of fees.
